How legit is your Dropshipping Business?
We are a legitimate institution that has a reputation that speaks for itself. We have a "fanta-bulous" record with our suppliers - and have delivered to numerous customers locally and across Gauteng thus far.

How does your Refund/Return Policy work?
Since we are a Dropshipping institution, we only order products on our customer's behalf - and do not necessarily engage when a product is not up to customer's satisfaction. However, we can play a role of initiating a refund from the supplier on behalf of the client. At times, the refund process can take up to 14 working days to complete.

Can I place an order of R100?
Sorry, No. All orders must/should be R300 or more. However, you can do a consortium order with another customer to fulfill the minimum order requirements of R300 and/or above.

How will I receive my products after ordering?
It usually takes about 7-10 working days to receive all orders, and we can arrange with the customer on how they get their products. Later-on when our store is fully eCommerce customized, we will ship products directly to customers - thus attaching a courier/delivery fee to all placed orders.

Can I get a discount if I order more than five (5) products?
No. As an institution, we also do not get discounts from suppliers. However, we strongly recommend if you can recruit 3 more customers who'll place orders of R500 or above - we can definately negotiate something tengible (i.e. Get you a Smartwatch worth R500 for FREE etc).

Is there any chance to get a discount besides the recruitment route?
Yes, you can refer to our "Special Offers" which ends on the 31th Oct 2026. We have specials from R950 to R2500 where you get other 3 products free.
